Two masked suspects reportedly stormed a Houston-area phone shop with hammers, smashed multiple display cases and made off with more than 30 cell phones. The smash-and-grab happened Wednesday at a Fix My Phone location inside a La Michoacana market along FM 1960.
The update from Harris County Precinct 4 said no injuries were reported. Deputies said the suspects fled in a small black hatchback headed eastbound on FM 1960, and the investigation remains active.
Phone Shop Targeted Inside FM 1960 Market
Fix My Phone Pro’s website lists a location inside La Michoacana on FM 1960 and identifies the business as a provider of phone and smartphone repairs. That matches the storefront described in the constable’s update.
No arrests, charges or suspect names were announced in the initial public alert. Deputies are working to identify the two people involved and track down the black hatchback used in the getaway.
