College Station just scored a new mashup spot. Nova Eatery, a triple-fusion restaurant, has quietly opened on the city’s south side, serving American, Latin and Asian dishes to the busy strip near Texas A&M. The storefront sits just off Harvey Road and Texas Avenue next to the HEB that anchors the shopping center.
Where It Is and When It Opened
According to Community Impact, Nova Eatery moved into the former Asian Market space near the Texas Avenue HEB and officially opened on June 12. The outlet also notes the restaurant had been posting that it was open "since mid-June" on its social channels.
What’s on the Menu
As shown on the Nova Eatery website, the menu mixes hamburgers, seafood plates, tacos and burritos, pastas and sandwiches, along with specialty "dirty sodas," which are soft drinks mixed with syrups and creams. The site frames the offering as artisanal and leans on a promise of "high-quality food and the sweetest moments of life."
Hours, Ordering and Practical Details
According to the restaurant's Chowbus online-ordering page, the physical address is 1713 Park Place #104 and a local phone number is available for takeout. That page also lists current pickup and dine-in hours. Delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and Postmates carry the menu and show pickup and delivery options.
Who Might Stop By
Nova occupies a unit in the Boardwalk Plaza retail strip, putting it within easy reach of campus corridors and grocery shoppers at the adjacent HEB. The shopping-center listing for 1713 Park Place on CommercialCafe shows the small multi-tenant setup, which helps explain why a hybrid, student-friendly fusion concept could fit here.
