How to Help Investigators
Investigators say they are working to identify suspects in each incident and are urging anyone with video, witness accounts or other information to come forward. The Milwaukee Police Office of Public Relations lays out reporting options, including the department's non emergency line and an online reporting portal, on its website (Milwaukee Police Office of Public Relations).
Context
Milwaukee Police Department data through March showed non fatal shootings were down year over year, with 80 in the first quarter of 2026 versus 110 in the same period last year. The department's quarter one review provides those figures and other crime trends (Milwaukee Police Department Quarter 1 Review).
Police say the investigations are ongoing and again urged anyone with relevant footage or information to contact investigators, and to call 911 in an emergency.
