
A late-morning shooting in Pleasant Grove left a Dallas teenager dead last Friday, after police say 19-year-old Lacorian Darfour was shot along Bruton Road and later died at a local hospital.
Officers were dispatched to the 9500 block of Bruton Road around 11:10 a.m., where they found Darfour critically wounded. Dallas Fire-Rescue rushed him to the hospital, but he did not survive. Detectives are investigating the case as a homicide.

The Dallas Police Department has listed the case as incident number 100387-2026 and says an unknown suspect shot Darfour, according to DPD Beat. The department has not released any suspect description and continues to search for leads.
