An early-morning shooting call sent Frisco police racing to the 200 block of Buck Ridge Drive around 2:05 a.m. today, where officers found three people at the scene but, fortunately, no one was injured. The suspects, police say, had already taken off before officers got there.

According to Frisco Police, the call came in at about 2:05 a.m. and officers located three individuals at the scene. The post stated that those at the scene were acquainted with the suspects, that the suspects fled prior to officers' arrival, and that detectives have the case under investigation.

The Buck Ridge call comes a week after another early-morning shooting in Frisco on the 12000 block of Chattanooga Drive that sent one person to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to pre-dawn gunfire on Chattanooga Drive. Both cases remain under investigation.
