Aurora police are asking for the public's help to identify a woman caught on video after what investigators describe as a road-rage assault Thursday near E. Hampden Avenue and E. Hampden Circle. Officers say a street confrontation escalated and the woman was seen striking a driver before taking off on a scooter.
According to the Aurora Police Department, officers on Friday shared photos and video on their X account that show a woman with purple hair riding a scooter that appears to have a rear basket. She is also seen wearing a distinctive black helmet with a camera mounted on top. Police describe the suspect as a white or Hispanic female and say witnesses reported she physically assaulted the victim during the encounter.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000, according to Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.
