San Antonio officers were called to the course around 4:20 p.m. after reports of a confrontation that escalated on the grounds. One man was hospitalized with what police described as non-life-threatening injuries, while the other was taken into custody at the scene.

San Antonio police told KSAT that the clash began when one man struck the other with a golf club. In response, the other man pulled out a knife and stabbed him, according to the report.
Both men are around 50 years old, police said. The stabbing victim’s injuries were described as non-life-threatening, and the suspected attacker was detained at the course while detectives began their investigation.
