A quiet Dundalk block turned chaotic Wednesday night when a tractor-trailer crashed into multiple homes on the unit block of North Dundalk Avenue, injuring one person and forcing residents to clear out, according to fire officials. Baltimore County crews flooded the scene as stunned neighbors watched firefighters and other emergency workers secure the area around the damaged houses.
As reported by WMAR‑2 News, Baltimore County fire officials said one person was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life threatening, and everyone inside the affected homes was evacuated. The station noted that investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash.
Not The First Time Homes Have Taken A Hit
Vehicle into building incidents have rattled the Dundalk area before, including a 2025 crash into an apartment complex on Paulette Road that displaced residents and led county engineers to label some units uninhabitable, according to CBS Baltimore.
