Stationed outside the Seattle Aquarium’s Ocean Pavilion, they drew kids, tourists and a few startled commuters. For a few hours, the stretch of Alaskan Way felt like an old-school Seafair moment, complete with vintage clown vehicles, loud makeup and plenty of laughter.

Their big entrance was caught on camera, with the waterfront described as "invaded" by clowns and the group’s long history in the city highlighted in a broadcast, as reported by FOX 13 Seattle. The station’s clip showed dozens of clowns in full regalia working the promenade, chatting with families, posing for photos and soaking up applause.
