Police in Pittsburgh say a chaotic scene unfolded in Fineview on Wednesday evening, when a shirtless child with obvious head and facial injuries ran out of an apartment building screaming for help. Officers reported finding the child with two black eyes, cuts on his face, and blood coming from his left ear.
