UBS is staking a big claim in Uptown Dallas, rolling out a new Wealth Advice Center hub on the 20th floor of the freshly built 23Springs tower. The firm has leased about 26,000 square feet for an office designed to house more than 170 financial advisors and a dedicated training facility for early-career talent. UBS says the Uptown spot will also serve as the Central Region headquarters for its national Wealth Advice Center network.
UBS confirms new hub for advisors
In a press release distributed via Business Wire, UBS said the new floor can accommodate more than 170 Financial Advisors, leaders and support staff, with a built-out training center focused on emerging advisors. The company noted that its Wealth Advice Center already has advisors in 37 cities across the country, and that Dallas joins existing hubs in Weehawken, N.J., and Charlotte, N.C., as part of that national footprint.
Where it sits and what the tower offers
The 23Springs tower rises at the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue, with a formal address of 2323 Cedar Springs Road. The 26-story building pitches itself with a fitness studio, a street-level park and a lineup of restaurants, amenities that developers have leaned on to win over large national tenants. According to materials in the property's brochure, the tower has already landed major legal and finance leases since opening, as per 23Springs
Training center and local hiring
“This investment strengthens our ability to support our regions, major markets and Financial Advisors with scalable, high-quality capabilities,” Leonard Golub, head of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, said in the company statement. UBS said the Dallas hub will function as the Central Region headquarters for the Wealth Advice Center while the firm recruits both experienced advisors and participants in its Financial Advisor Development Program to fill out the new office, as per Business Wire
Uptown's financial cluster keeps growing
The UBS lease adds another brick to Uptown's growing reputation as a finance and professional services stronghold, a shift some local observers have branded "Y'all Street" as firms choose newer, amenity-heavy towers over older downtown high-rises. Commercial real estate brokers say a full-floor commitment from a global wealth manager reinforces the neighborhood's pull and could nudge more firms to follow suit into similar projects. As reported by the Dallas Business Journal, UBS's move arrives on the heels of other high-profile leases at 23Springs.
Scale behind the move
UBS manages roughly $6.9 trillion in invested assets, according to its recent materials, a number that hints at the size of the machine powering its U.S. advice expansion. For Dallas-based advisors, the new hub is pitched as a way to plug directly into that national platform while tapping a local training pipeline that could speed up hiring and help deepen the region's wealth management ecosystem, as per UBS Global Wealth Report 2026
