Wilde Snacks has fired up a 130,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Winchester, Kentucky, larger than the company's two prior Winchester facilities. According to The Courier‑Journal, Wilde officially opened the plant on July 23 and expects the site to employ nearly 200 people once it is fully up and running. The outlet reports that company officials told reporters the expansion is set to triple production and add roughly 30 million pounds of annual finished-product capacity.
