Tacos My Guey, the Orlando-born taco brand that got its start as a food truck, is setting up shop at 1025 S. Dillard St. in Winter Garden. The team plans to bring its signature street taco lineup, including birria tacos, quesadillas, burritos, bowls and esquites, to the South Dillard corridor. There is still no firm grand opening date, but social posts from the brand have teased that the first 50 guests through the door will score a free meal.
The new location was first reported on July 13 by the West Orange Times & Observer, which identified the Winter Garden address and relayed the restaurant’s giveaway plans. The outlet also noted that Tacos My Guey launched as a food truck before growing into multiple Orlando-area storefronts.

The Winter Garden shop appears poised to stick with the chain’s core hits: a birria taco trio served with birria broth, birria quesadillas, burritos, bowls and the street corn side known as esquites. The restaurant’s online ordering pages, which show menu descriptions and prices, also list 1025 South Dillard as an active ordering location, suggesting the site will be available for pickup and delivery once the doors officially open.
