An Aurora man with two prior indecent exposure convictions has now been found guilty for a third time, this time after a jury heard evidence involving a 6-year-old boy inside an Aurora hair salon. The latest conviction pushes the case into felony territory and could put prison time on the table.
Randy Lee Bryant, 51, was convicted Thursday by an Arapahoe County jury after a three-day trial, according to The Denver Gazette. Jurors found him guilty of indecent exposure involving a child and indecent exposure as a third or subsequent offense.
Colorado law classifies indecent exposure as a class 6 felony when it follows two prior convictions, according to the Colorado General Assembly. State law also allows felony treatment when an adult knowingly exposes themselves in view of a child under 15 and is more than four years older than the child.
Sentencing Is Set For October
Bryant was previously convicted of indecent exposure in 2019 and 2024, The Denver Gazette reported. The latest case stemmed from allegations that he entered an Aurora salon in 2025 and exposed himself to a 6-year-old boy, the boy's father and a barber.
Bryant is scheduled to be sentenced on October 23, and prosecutors said he could face prison time. The jury's verdict resolves the question of guilt in this case, while the sentencing hearing will determine the punishment.
