Winds will shift from southeast to east and then northeast late Saturday into Sunday, becoming noticeably stronger along Lake Erie. Waves could reach 3 to 5 feet in the western and central basins Sunday into Monday, and rip currents may become a concern along area beaches.

Monday brings a high near 79 with another chance of showers and thunderstorms, followed by highs around 82 Tuesday and Wednesday with additional storm chances.
