Cary is getting a new reason to skip the airport and head straight for brunch. Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is preparing to make its North Carolina debut at Fenton, bringing sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, coffee, matcha and a full breakfast menu to the mixed-use destination.
The Houston-founded chain plans to open Sweet Paris Fenton daily at 8 a.m., with hours running until 9 p.m., according to RestaurantNews.com. The company says it will announce grand-opening celebration details later and is planning a ribbon-cutting with the Cary Chamber of Commerce.
Sweet Paris’ official location page currently lists the Fenton restaurant as coming in summer 2026 at 1 Fenton Main Street, Suite 190. The Parisian-inspired cafe is expected to serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with sweet crêpes, savory options, salads, paninis, specialty lattes, matcha drinks, frozen mimosas and French cocktails on the menu, according to Sweet Paris.
Nutella, Dubai Chocolate And Chicken Carbonara Crêpes
This will not be a one-note dessert stop. The planned menu includes Nutella, apple cinnamon crème brûlée and Dubai chocolate crêpes, along with savory combinations such as chicken carbonara, Philly cheesesteak and truffled caprese, RestaurantNews.com reports.
The Cary location was first announced in June 2025 with a target opening in the first quarter of 2026, making the current summer timeline the latest update on the project. The store will be Sweet Paris’ first in North Carolina and is part of the brand’s expansion into the Raleigh-Durham market, as detailed in a company announcement.
The Fenton opening is also tied to a larger Southern growth plan. Sweet Paris is expanding with Virentes Hospitality, an owner and operator of restaurant concepts that has a 15-unit development agreement connected to markets in North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee, according to Virentes Partners Group.
An exact opening day for Sweet Paris Fenton has not been announced yet. For Cary diners, though, the promise is clear: Parisian café atmosphere, all-day breakfast and crêpes that can go from Nutella-sweet to Philly cheesesteak-savory without requiring a passport.
