A man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times late Monday on Durham’s Chapel Hill Road, but his injuries were not life-threatening and he is expected to recover. The suspect remained unidentified Tuesday as police investigated the late-night shooting.
According to WRAL, Durham police arrived around 11:40 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of Chapel Hill Road and found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police Have Not Named A Suspect
Police have not released a suspect description, possible motive or other details about what led to the shooting. The Durham Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
