A 22-year-old man wanted in a federal drug conspiracy case is being sought across Northeast Ohio, with authorities offering reward money for information that leads to his arrest. Investigators say Timothy Davis is known to move through several cities, including Cleveland.
According to Cleveland 19, Davis is wanted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Marshals Service for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute drugs. He is described as approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 150 pounds, and authorities say he frequents Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown and Wheeling, West Virginia.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is asking anyone with information about Davis’ whereabouts to call 1-866-4WANTED. Tipsters may remain anonymous, and reward money is available for information that helps investigators take him into custody.
The U.S. Marshals Service also accepts information about wanted fugitives by email at [email protected] or through its 24-hour tip line at 1-877-WANTED2. The agency says those channels are for fugitive information and should not be used for emergencies.
The Legal Status
Davis is wanted on an allegation, not convicted of the conspiracy charge. The public notice does not identify the alleged drugs, provide a case number or outline the conduct prosecutors say led to the charge, so additional details would have to come from federal court records or a later law enforcement update.
