A 44-year-old habitual offender who sexually assaulted and repeatedly punched his MHMR caseworker in Fort Worth has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to 40 years in prison. The assault happened in 2020, but the case’s latest development puts a long-pending prosecution back in the local spotlight.

What Prosecutors Said Happened In 2020
According to the prosecutor’s account, Ketorian Wilson sexually assaulted his MHMR caseworker and struck her several times in the face. The DA’s Office identified Assistant District Attorneys Jeanne Truglio and Darren Delacruz, investigator Dara DeWall and victim coordinator CeCe Jones as members of the case team.
The case had been active for months before today’s sentencing. A Tarrant County jail report listed Wilson as booked on November 26, 2025, on an aggravated sexual assault charge.
Aggravated Sexual Assault Carries Serious Penalties
Texas law classifies aggravated sexual assault as a first-degree felony under Section 22.021 of the Penal Code, according to the Texas Constitution and Statutes. The Tarrant County DA’s Office described Wilson as someone with several prior assaultive convictions and as a habitual offender.
The county’s adult sexual assault prosecutors say their team works with detectives early in investigations and handles cases ranging from sexual assault to aggravated sexual assault. The office also says victim coordinators help survivors navigate court proceedings, safety planning and other services throughout the criminal justice process.
