
A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed Saturday evening when his red Honda motorcycle collided with a Nissan Pathfinder near Gessner Road and Beauregard Drive in Houston. The crash was reported at about 6:50 p.m., and Malik Foster was pronounced dead at the scene. The Pathfinder driver was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Houston Police Department, the blue Nissan Pathfinder was leaving the stop sign at Beauregard Drive when Foster’s motorcycle traveled southbound on Gessner Road at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle struck the SUV, prompting a response from Houston Fire Department paramedics and HPD’s Vehicular Crimes Division.

Police identified the deceased rider as Malik Foster and said the investigation remains active. The department described the case as an 'ongoing investigation,' according to the HPD release; no additional details about possible citations or charges were provided.
