The crash happened Saturday in the Merrylands subdivision in the 17,500 block of Harbourfront Road, according to an update from Harris County Precinct 4. Investigators describe the vehicle as a white Chevrolet Colorado and say it is expected to have front-end damage matching a collision with a fire hydrant.
Constable Mark Herman’s office is asking anyone who spots the truck in the Atascocita area to report it while the investigation continues. The precinct lists its 24-hour dispatch number as 281-376-3472 on the official Precinct 4 website.
