Jessie Reyez is coming back to Dallas. The Colombian-Canadian singer-songwriter will play South Side Ballroom on Friday, November 13, as part of her newly announced A Little Vengeance Tour, with presales opening Tuesday and general tickets going on sale Friday.
The Dallas stop is one of 13 dates on the North American run, which was officially unveiled on Sunday, according to Remezcla. The tour supports Reyez's fourth studio album, A Little Vengeance, released June 12 via FMLY and Island Records, according to CultureMap Dallas. The record features collaborations with Muni Long, Ty Dolla $ign, and RAAHiiM and was preceded by singles including “N.Y.F.F.” and “Ain't You Tired?”
Tickets for the Dallas show are available through Live Nation, and per CultureMap Dallas, the event remains subject to change due to weather or other concerns. South Side Ballroom sits at 1135 Botham Jean Blvd in the Cedars District, just south of downtown Dallas, inside the Gilley's Dallas complex. The venue spans 27,000 square feet across multiple tiers and can hold standing crowds of up to 4,000 guests, per a Ticketmaster venue guide, and underwent a $1 million renovation in 2018.
A Built-In Cause With Every Ticket
Every ticket sold on the tour will contribute $1 to The Jessie Reyez Fund, administered through nonprofit partner PLUS1, according to Remezcla and Consequence. The fund supports opportunities for women and historically underrepresented groups in music, and its early activations have already included partnerships that provided 500 donated meals.
The philanthropic tie-in gives the Dallas date more than just a setlist to look forward to, layering a social-impact angle onto what is otherwise a straightforward concert stop for local fans who have followed Reyez for years.
A Repeat Visit to the Cedars District
This will not be Reyez's first time on the South Side Ballroom stage. She performed there on July 21, 2025, as part of her Paid In Memories Tour, with support from artist RAAHiiM, according to the venue's own event history. The return booking suggests steady local demand for the artist in Dallas.
Reyez's profile has only grown since that last Dallas appearance. Prior to announcing the new tour, she performed her collaborative single “Illuminate” alongside Palestinian artist Elyanna at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony in Toronto in June, a ceremony that reached an international live broadcast audience, per Remezcla.
From Toronto Breakout to Global Songwriter
Reyez first broke through in 2016 with the triple-platinum single “Figures,” the lead track off her debut EP Kiddo, which won her Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2018 Juno Awards, according to Canada's Walk of Fame. She went on to earn a 2020 Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album for her EP Being Human in Public and has picked up five Juno Awards over her career, per the GRAMMY Museum. Her debut full-length album, Before Love Came To Kill Us, has since topped 1.2 billion streams.
Her reach extends well beyond her own catalog. Reyez co-wrote Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa's chart-topping global hit “One Kiss” and has collaborated with artists including Eminem, Sam Smith, and Lil Wayne, according to The Society. That songwriting pedigree helps explain why the A Little Vengeance Tour is routed through arenas and theaters well beyond Dallas.
Dallas Joins a Bigger Stage
The tour runs from November 3 through November 24, placing the South Side Ballroom date alongside stops at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles and Barclays Center in Brooklyn, according to Exclaim!. The run opens in Seattle and wraps in Reyez's hometown of Toronto, marking her largest venue run to date.
Dallas audiences have seen Reyez perform in bigger festival settings before; she headlined Chicago's Miche Fest earlier this year, as Hoodline previously reported. The South Side Ballroom show offers a more intimate alternative for local fans looking to catch her before the tour's arena-scale stops elsewhere on the map.
