Pop singer Kylie Cantrall is bringing her first-ever headline tour through Dallas, with a stop at The Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum set for October 12. The show supports her new EP, "Valley Girl Problems," and marks a milestone for the 21-year-old as she shifts from Disney soundstages to concert stages across North America this fall.
Tickets for the Dallas date are available through AXS, according to CultureMap Dallas, with the venue sitting at 2713 Canton St. in the heart of Deep Ellum. The stop is one of 15 dates on "The Valley Girl Problems Tour," which opens September 25 in Minneapolis and closes October 22 in Los Angeles, per Pollstar. Additional stops are planned in Chicago, New York, Toronto and San Francisco.
Tickets Open This Week Through AXS
Presale tickets for the tour opened yesterday at 10 a.m. local time, with general public tickets set to go on sale Friday, according to Consequence. The Dallas date is Cantrall's first headlining concert in the city since she began building an audience beyond her television work.
New EP Powers Her First Headline Run
The tour supports "Valley Girl Problems," Cantrall's second EP, which arrived July 24 through Republic Records in partnership with APG and Heroine Music, per the same Pollstar report. The nine-track project was produced by Christopher "Tricky" Stewart, who has also produced for Rihanna and Tyla, and co-written with Tayla Parx.
Within its first five days, the EP pulled in more than 2.6 million streams and debuted inside the Top 10 of Spotify's U.S. Album Charts, Consequence reported. Lead track "Space Between" climbed to No. 7 on the Genius Weekly Song Chart during that same stretch.
From Disney Channel to the Main Stage
Cantrall was born June 25, 2005, in Los Angeles and got her start in 2014, at age eight, as a YouTube creator under the handle "Hello Kylie," before signing with major labels, according to Wikipedia. She grew up in an artistic household, with a music producer father and a choreographer mother, per the same account.
Before turning to pop stardom, Cantrall starred as Red in Disney's "Descendants: The Rise of Red" in 2024 and played the title role in Disney Channel's "Gabby Duran & the Unsittables" from 2019 to 2021, according to Consequence. She also recurred as Dani on "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series," the outlet reported.
A Deep Ellum Landmark With a Wartime Past
The Bomb Factory carries a layered history. The Canton Street building was constructed in 1914 as a Ford Motor Company assembly plant, then repurposed during World War II as Mayhew Machine and Engineering Works to manufacture bombs and ammunition for the U.S. military, according to WFAA-TV. The venue reverted to its historic "Bomb Factory" name in March 2025, after operating as "The Factory in Deep Ellum" from July 2021 to early 2025. Management restored the original branding following feedback from performing artists, the station reported.
The space spans 50,000 square feet with a flexible concert room that can hold up to 4,300 standing patrons, per Visit Dallas. Concert bookings at the venue run through an exclusive partnership with promoter AEG Presents, according to Central Track, which also books talent for Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie.
The Deep Ellum venue has drawn a string of high-profile bookings this year, including Hoodline's earlier look at Jack White's Bomb Factory blowout.
