A 44-year-old woman who prompted a search in Port Richey has been found safe, ending a brief missing-person alert in Pasco County.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said Lourdes Arocha was located safely after deputies sought information about her whereabouts. She was last seen around 6:40 p.m. Thursday in the Maxwell Lane area of Port Richey.

Search Alert Ends With Safe Return
The original alert described Arocha as having brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds. She was believed to possibly be traveling in a 2018 white Ford F-150.
The sheriff's office did not provide additional details about where Arocha was found or what prompted the alert. The update means the public no longer needs to search for her or submit information about her whereabouts.
