Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives are asking Palmdale residents to help locate Avery Marcella Rose Thomas, a 12-year-old classified as an at-risk missing juvenile after she was last seen Tuesday afternoon.
The Palmdale Sheriff’s Station said in a Facebook alert that Avery was last seen around noon Tuesday in Palmdale. Her family is concerned for her well-being, and the department is asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
Avery is described as a Hispanic girl who is 4 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds, with straight brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, gray shorts and black shoes, and has a birthmark on her left arm along with scars on her nose and left cheek.
