Stags Tavern in Germantown was damaged by an early-morning fire Tuesday, with crews responding before sunrise and investigators still working to determine what started the blaze. No injuries were reported.
Fire crews were called to the neighborhood bar and grill around 3:45 a.m. near Fond du Lac Avenue, Maple Road and Holy Hill Road, according to WTMJ, which cited Broadcastify audio. Multiple fire departments responded, and firefighters eventually brought the blaze under control.

Authorities have not released the cause of the fire or detailed the full extent of the damage, WTMJ reported. The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information is expected as officials assess the building and determine how the fire began.
Stags Tavern is a neighborhood bar and grill at W187N12793 Fond du Lac Avenue in Germantown. The business describes itself as a local gathering spot offering burgers, wings, pizza, cocktails and a Friday fish fry, according to its official website.
