One man is dead, and an 18-year-old is in stable condition after a shooting Monday evening in Baltimore’s Madison Park neighborhood. Police have not yet released the deceased victim’s name or age, and no suspect or motive has been announced.
According to WBAL-TV, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert near the intersection of Laurens and McCulloh streets. They found two men suffering from gunshot wounds and took both victims to an area hospital.
One of the victims was pronounced dead shortly after arriving, while the 18-year-old remained hospitalized in stable condition. The investigation remains active, with detectives working to determine what led to the gunfire.
