Warm, Unsettled Stretch Runs Into September

Monday climbs to 87 with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 p.m., while Tuesday also reaches 87 with a 30% chance of storms through early afternoon. Wednesday stays warm near 84 with a 40% storm chance, then temperatures ease to around 80 Thursday and 79 Friday as shower and storm chances continue.

Boaters Should Watch Lake Michigan

No watches, warnings or advisories are in effect for Milwaukee County or nearby Lake Michigan waters right now. Still, the weather service says a Small Craft Advisory may be needed late Saturday night into Sunday north of North Point Lighthouse if waves build to 3 to 5 feet, so boaters should check the latest marine forecast before heading out.
