A 74-year-old man last seen near Frazier Park is the subject of a Silver Alert spanning four California counties, with authorities asking anyone who spots him to call 911.
Donald Tostenson was last seen around 12:51 on July 25 in Frazier Park, according to a CHP Alerts post. The California Highway Patrol activated the alert on behalf of the Kern County Sheriff's Office, and it covers Kern, Fresno, Los Angeles and Tulare counties.
Vehicle And Description In The Alert
Tostenson is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing blue jeans.
Authorities said he may be driving a tan 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pickup with California license plate 6K78440. The alert identifies Tostenson as an at-risk missing person.
What To Do If You See Him
California's Silver Alert program is used for missing older adults or people with developmental or cognitive impairments who are considered at risk. The CHP says anyone with information about an active alert should call 911 immediately and be ready to provide the person's location, appearance and any vehicle details.
