A Stockton family’s search for a missing 23-year-old Navy veteran has stretched into a second week, with volunteers canvassing city neighborhoods for any sign of him. Obonjai “Bonj” Skaggs was last seen nearly two weeks ago.
Family, friends and volunteers searched Stockton neighborhoods on Saturday, according to CBS Sacramento. The report identified Skaggs as a Stockton resident and Navy veteran but did not provide a public last-seen location or additional details about the circumstances of his disappearance.
