The broader island forecast points to deeper tropical moisture moving in from the east over the weekend, with the heaviest impacts more likely for windward Maui County and the Big Island. Oahu is expected to remain on the fringe of that moisture, but brief showers and locally heavier bursts remain possible, particularly from Sunday through Monday.
South Shore Surf Builds This Weekend
South-facing shores should see small surf through Friday before larger swells arrive Saturday and continue into early next week. East-facing surf is also expected to build as trade winds strengthen, while north shore surf remains flat to tiny.
