A 12-year-old girl from Aldie has been missing since Wednesday afternoon, and the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding her. Maylah Chevis was last seen around 3 p.m. Wednesday at Gum Spring Middle School, wearing a black sweater, black shorts, and white shoes.
The sheriff's office labeled Chevis as “missing and endangered” in a post shared Wednesday night on the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office's Facebook page, which asked anyone with information to call 703-777-1021. The sheriff's administrative headquarters is at 803 Sycolin Road SE in Leesburg, according to Loudoun County government records.
