All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center is opening a second Oakley location in October, this time inside the $25 million Madison Parke development taking shape at 4722 Madison Road. The new center will sit less than a mile from the franchise's original Oakley site at 4502 Marburg Ave., putting two branches of the same childcare brand within a short drive of each other in Oakley.
The expansion was reported by Local 12 News, which detailed how the Madison Parke development, first announced in November 2024, will house the new location. All About Kids' existing Oakley center already operates inside the Crossings of Oakley, a 20,000-square-foot retail development at the northeast corner of Madison Road and Kennedy Avenue, according to the same report.
Getting Madison Parke off the ground required more than just a lease signing. The 3.85-acre site at 4710–4722 Madison Road was the subject of a rezoning petition seeking a change from MG-T to CG-A-T, with a proposed daycare use, according to City of Cincinnati City Planning records showing developer Oakley Capital Partners 2, LLC filed the petition on August 20, 2024.
A Former Industrial Parcel Becomes a Retail Hub
Once complete, Madison Parke is expected to encompass roughly 30,000 square feet of multi-tenant commercial space on the 3.85-acre site, per listing details from LoopNet. The site sits directly adjacent to Phase I of the Crossings of Oakley and near Interstate 71, in the Midtown market corridor.
