Andrew Santino is headed to the Las Vegas Strip for a headline stand-up performance, with the comedian and actor set to perform at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday, March 27, 2027, at 8 p.m. The show marks another marquee Strip date for a comic whose profile has grown well beyond the stand-up stage in recent years.
The performance was reported by Live Nation and The Cosmopolitan, according to FOX5 Vegas. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Sept. 25, at 10 a.m., with multiple presale windows available in the week beforehand. Fans can purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster, through The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas website, or by calling in.
A Venue Built for Strip-Level Comedy
The Chelsea is a 40,000-square-foot theater with a seating capacity of 3,200, designed with an industrial-chic aesthetic modeled after an abandoned glass factory, according to Kimberly Brown Architecture PLLC. The venue sits on Level 3 of the resort and includes private VIP opera boxes along with a vintage lobby bar. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas itself sits on the Las Vegas Strip, with The Chelsea located inside it.
The room has become a go-to stop for major stand-up residencies. The venue regularly hosts headliners including Daniel Tosh and Chelsea Handler, who extended her “Chelsea at The Chelsea” residency into 2026 as the venue's first female comedian resident, per the MGM Resorts Newsroom. MGM Resorts International acquired the operations of The Cosmopolitan in May 2022 for $1.625 billion from Blackstone, later folding the property into its MGM Rewards loyalty program in July 2024, with Blackstone retaining real estate ownership alongside a private investor consortium.
From Chicago Stand-Up Stages to Streaming Screens
Santino was born in Chicago and has built a massive audience across stand-up specials, television roles, and comedy podcasts. He is widely recognized on television for starring as Mike, the manager of Lil Dicky, in the FX comedy series *Dave*, as well as for roles in Showtime's *I'm Dying Up Here* and Netflix's series *Beef*, according to ScreenRant.
On the film side, Santino co-starred as J.T. alongside Zac Efron and John Cena in the 2024 R-rated comedy *Ricky Stanicky*, directed by Peter Farrelly and released on Amazon Prime Video.
