A new dessert concept called Brownie MMM, already operating as a mobile order service, is planning its first brick-and-mortar location in the Winchester neighborhood, with jarred cakes and peach cobbler. A Clark County permit lists the address for the planned location as 2121 E. Sahara Ave., Suite G. The shop is slated to open in early 2027.
Owner Terri Drake describes her venture as something bigger than a bakery trend. “Brownie MMM is the new wave of desserts,” Drake said, according to WhatNow. The concept centers on resealable jars packed with cake. Drake says she wants cake without napkins and paper plates.
Peach cobbler is already one of Brownie MMM's biggest sellers, and the menu is set to expand with a lineup of jarred cakes, including red velvet, caramel crunch, and funfetti. Drake has said everything served will be fresh and homemade. The business currently has no website or social media presence, but it already operates as a mobile order service, per the same account.
The Sahara Avenue Address
The address, 2121 East Sahara Avenue, Building G, is home to AAA Commissary Kitchen, a shared-use kitchen with storage and truck services, according to Hoodline's earlier coverage of a food truck launch at the same site.
In April, Clark County business licensing records showed The JEM Charcuterie Bar submitting a pending license application at the same suite, a filing Hoodline covered in its piece on the charcuterie bar's Sahara Avenue move. The broader property at 2121 E. Sahara Ave. is primarily occupied by AutoSavvy Las Vegas and is not part of a traditional multi-tenant shopping center, according to WhatNow.
Aiming for Crumbl-Style Growth
Drake has framed her ambitions in terms of scale, hoping Brownie MMM lands on every corner the way Crumbl has.
For now, Brownie MMM's planned early 2027 opening would mark its first brick-and-mortar location.
