Monica Laval Cephas, 60, of Cambridge, was served with a criminal summons on Sept. 14 at about 3:05 p.m. The summons charges her with second-degree assault and use of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, according to Eastern Shore Undercover’s report on the case: Eastern Shore Undercover.
