According to PHILADELPHIA.Today, Cerveau is not a direct continuation of Pizza Brain, but it pays clear tribute to it. The pizzeria is run by Joe Hunter, who previously ran Pizza Brain's pizza program in Fishtown, and pizza pies remain the main event at the new spot, alongside pastas, fried mozzarella and garlic-parmesan fries. The outlet also noted that $8 citywides are on offer.
