Two patients sustained minor injuries while a third suffered serious injuries, as reported by KESQ. All three were transported from the scene by ground ambulance for further medical treatment. CAL FIRE said the incident has since been turned over to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, which will handle the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
