A 2022 Pacific Palisades collision
A four-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 4:35 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2022, at Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue in Pacific Palisades, the Daily News reported. The vehicles included Arnold Schwarzenegger’s GMC Yukon, a Toyota Prius and a Porsche Cayenne. A woman was treated by paramedics and taken to a hospital with an abrasion to her head.
Spectrum News reported that no arrests were made and drugs and alcohol were ruled out as factors in the collision.
Flickinger’s 2023 case
A UniCourt listing records Joanne Flickinger’s personal-injury and motor-vehicle tort case against Schwarzenegger and other defendants at the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Santa Monica courthouse. The listing identifies a Feb. 5, 2023, collision as the subject of the filing.
RadarOnline’s report on the complaint says Flickinger alleges Schwarzenegger was driving at excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout. She claims the collision caused permanent injuries and seeks compensation for lost wages, lost property and medical expenses. The report also identifies Oak Productions as a defendant, based on its alleged ownership of the vehicle.
A separate earlier crash
NBC News reported that Schwarzenegger was involved in a separate 2006 crash in his Brentwood neighborhood, when his Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with a car and he sustained a cut upper lip.
