Heat Lingers Through Next Week
The stretch barely lets up, with next Tuesday expected to reach about 101 degrees and next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday staying near 100. Overnight lows will remain around 79 to 80, offering little relief for homes, pets or anyone working outside.
