Doja Cat is set to kick off the North American leg of her Tour Ma Vie World Tour on Thursday, Oct. 1, with a show at Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit. The concert is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m., with doors currently set to open an hour earlier, though that timing is subject to change. Rapper and singer Latto joins as the tour's special guest for the Detroit stop and beyond.
The Grammy-winning performer's Detroit date marks the launch of a run that, according to Pollstar, is scheduled for 31 North American dates before wrapping Dec. 1 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Per the outlet's report, the Live Nation-promoted tour follows a run through Asia, Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, a stretch that included a Feb. 15 show at Movistar Arena in Bogota, Colombia. Along the way to its Madison Square Garden finale, the tour is also scheduled to pass through Chicago, Denver, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and Toronto, according to 313 Presents.
What to Expect From the Setlist and Support Act
Because Detroit is the tour's opening stop, the official setlist wasn't known ahead of the show, as MLive reported. The same outlet confirmed Latto will perform as the tour's opening act. The show supports Doja Cat's fifth studio album, Vie, which 313 Presents notes was released Sept. 26, 2025, and features the lead single “Jealous Type.” The pop and hip-hop star is also known for hits including “Paint The Town Red” — which 313 Presents says spent three weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 — along with “Say So,” “Woman,” “Streets” and “Kiss Me More.”
Ticket prices for the Detroit show were still fluctuating in the days leading up to the concert. As of Sept. 22, the same MLive report found starting prices of $49 on Vivid Seats and SeatGeek, $56 on StubHub and $53.60 on Ticketmaster, with the article noting those figures reflected availability at the time of publication and remained subject to change.
Bag Policy and Security Screening at the Arena
Anyone heading to Little Caesars Arena should plan for a bag check. Per ClickOnDetroit, all persons and bags entering or exiting the arena are subject to inspection, and bags, backpacks and briefcases larger than 14 by 14 by 6 inches are barred from entry. The outlet's guide also lists bottles, cans, liquid containers, coolers, outside food and beverages, weapons and umbrellas among prohibited items, with diaper and medical bags allowed as exceptions.
Concertgoers arriving by rideshare should double check pickup points before the show. The ClickOnDetroit guide describes ridesharing activity on the I-75 service drive between Park Street and Woodward Avenue. That guide also notes that doors generally open 1.5 hours before Detroit Red Wings and Pistons games, though concert opening times vary from event to event.
Getting There and Parking Downtown
For those driving in, prepaid parking is available through Ticketmaster.com, ParkWhiz.com or The District Detroit app, and most Olympia Development lots take credit cards only, according to the ClickOnDetroit report. Little Caesars Arena is located at 2645 Woodward Ave. in downtown Detroit, near several garages and surface lots.
With Doja Cat and Latto set to take the stage downtown, fans filing in Thursday evening will be watching to see how the new Vie material lands on a hometown-launch crowd. Chicago, west of Detroit, is among the tour's stops, and the tour is scheduled to close at Madison Square Garden in December.
