A 53-year-old Evans City man is facing multiple charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he sexually assaulted a minor over a six-year span, beginning when the child was just 9 years old and continuing until the victim turned 15. James Boring Jr. is accused of corruption of minors, indecent assault, indecent exposure, and criminal solicitation stemming from conduct that allegedly occurred in Forward Township, a rural Butler County community.
