Harrison County Animal Control is caring for four puppies found in a roadside cage and is seeking adopters or a rescue organization, DC News Now reported.

The cage was on Dawson Mines Road along Route 19, between Gore and Hepzibah. Animal Control said the puppies had been intentionally left there, according to the outlet.
What West Virginia law says about animal abandonment
