The two sources also differ on the building's program: New York YIMBY reports the development will yield 16,503 square feet of residential space, whereas blog.marketproof.com describes a mixed breakdown of 8,447 square feet of residential space alongside 6,402 square feet of commercial space.
The site's current condition is likewise described differently across the available reporting.
