Iron Maiden fans in Los Angeles have a free pop-up bar to look forward to this weekend, complete with exclusive merchandise, Trooper beer and a whole lot of Eddie iconography — even though the English heavy metal band itself won't be pouring the drinks. Eddie's Dive Bar, the traveling fan hangout tied to the band's touring schedule, is setting up shop in the city ahead of Iron Maiden's headlining performances at BMO Stadium.
According to ironmaiden.com, the pop-up is back for 2026, with entry free and, in the band's own words, “all are welcome.” The concept is simple: give fans a place to gather before and after the shows, stocked with Trooper beer, Darkest Red wine where available, food, entertainment and merchandise found nowhere else. As reported by the Los Angeles Daily News, Eddie's Dive Bar will offer fans exclusive merch, special drinks and food from Sept. 25 through Sept. 27, timed to Iron Maiden's Los Angeles concerts on Friday and Sunday.
Where Exactly Is the Bar?
Where Exactly Is the Bar? Here's where things get murky. The Daily News reports that the Los Angeles pop-up will be held at two locations: Tom's Watch Bar, 1011 S Figueroa Street, and the Rainbow Bar & Grill, 9015 Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. Iron Maiden's official event page also lists both venues. A separate Iron Maiden event listing on ma.to names the Rainbow Bar & Grill address as well.
What is consistent across both sources is the purpose of the space. The ma.to listing describes it as “open for pre-show and post-show meet-ups,” with the space featuring Trooper beer, food and entertainment — matching the framing on ironmaiden.com. At either location, the band has made one thing clear: don't expect to spot any of its members behind the bar. “The band will not be at any of the events!!” ironmaiden.com states plainly.
The Beer Behind the Bar
Central to the Eddie's Dive Bar experience is Trooper West Coast IPA, a limited-edition collaboration between Iron Maiden's Trooper beer brand and Lagunitas Brewing Company that debuted in July 2026. It's the first West Coast IPA under the Trooper label, crafted with the Krush hop variety for what's described as a strong, aromatic West Coast profile. Per the Daily News, Lara Mirinjian — an Iron Maiden superfan and Lagunitas' first-ever beer roadie — will be pouring the brew for attendees at the Los Angeles pop-up. Attendees can try the beer at the dive bar.
Tied to a 50th-Anniversary Tour
The Los Angeles pop-up isn't a standalone event; it's riding alongside the band's tour, which celebrates Iron Maiden's 50th anniversary with a setlist built around the group's first nine albums, according to the Daily News. Iron Maiden's official page calls the tour the Run For Your Lives Tour. The tour brings the band to BMO Stadium in Los Angeles for shows on Friday, Sept. 25, and Sunday, Sept. 27. Beyond Los Angeles, ironmaiden.com lists additional Eddie's Dive Bar dates.
A Documentary Marking Five Decades
Fans looking to dig deeper into the band's history don't have to look far. Iron Maiden released Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition in May 2026, a documentary chronicling the band's five-decade journey, directed by Malcolm Venville and produced by Dominic Freeman, according to the Daily News. The film features interviews with the band itself alongside appearances from actor Javier Bardem, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich, and Public Enemy frontman Chuck D, with participants discussing Iron Maiden's influence on music, culture and generations of fans.
Whether Los Angeles fans end up gathering at Tom's Watch Bar on Figueroa Street or the Rainbow Bar & Grill on Sunset Boulevard, the invitation stands the same: free entry, a pint of Trooper, and a chance to soak in the pre-show buzz before Iron Maiden takes the BMO Stadium stage this weekend.
