Louisville is starting Sunday with clear skies around 50 degrees. The thermometer should climb to around 80 this afternoon under full sun, with north winds at 2 to 7 mph and no rain in the forecast.
Clear Skies Hold Through Tuesday
According to the National Weather Service, Sunday night will stay mostly clear with a low near 53. Monday looks nearly identical, with sunshine, a high around 80 and a low near 55.
Highs are forecast in the mid to upper 70s Tuesday, then reach about 84 Wednesday under mostly cloudy skies. That matches Hoodline’s earlier weekend forecast, which had Tuesday closer to the upper 70s.
Rain Chances Return Thursday
The dry stretch begins to break Thursday evening or night, when a slight chance of showers arrives. The day could still reach 85 degrees, but rain chances rise to about 40% Thursday night, followed by a 50% chance of showers Friday and additional shower chances through Saturday.
No Local Weather Alerts
No watches, warnings or advisories are posted for the Louisville forecast area. For now, Sunday through Wednesday offers the cleanest window for patios, parks and outdoor errands before the wetter pattern moves in.
