Mostly Cloudy Wednesday Before The Skies Clear
Wednesday should be partly to mostly cloudy, with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s across the northern half of the region. Isolated or scattered showers would be possible in the Interstate 75 corridor, while rain chances remain low around Louisville.
Thursday brings highs in the lower 70s in the Bluegrass region and mid-70s in the Interstate 65 corridor, followed by overnight lows mostly in the upper 40s to lower 50s with dry conditions expected. The forecast shows little meaningful rain risk through the weekend, making for favorable conditions for outdoor plans.
Crisp Mornings Arrive By Friday
Friday will be dry, with temperatures in the 70s, while Friday night drops to around 50. Saturday looks dry with highs in the 70s, with another cool night around 52 before Sunday warms to about 79.
A modest warm-up arrives Monday, when dry weather and highs solidly in the 70s are expected. For now, Louisville is looking at a cooler-than-usual stretch, dry weather and the kind of crisp mornings that suggest fall is finally getting serious.
