A football game at Magnolia High School turned into the scene of a sexual assault investigation last Thursday night, after a 15-year-old reported being attacked near the athletic field by someone she knew. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the campus at about 8:30 p.m. on September 17, and within hours, a 16-year-old suspect was in custody.
According to woodlandsonline.com, the victim reported being sexually assaulted by a 16-year-old male acquaintance near the athletic field. Special Victims Unit detectives responded to the scene and began their investigation immediately, working to piece together what happened during the game.
