According to WFTV, fans will help score drivers during the event, and the winner earns a spot in the Monster Jam World Finals in Indianapolis, held over the Fourth of July weekend. The scheduled lineup features Grave Digger driven by Adam Anderson, Sparkle Smash driven by Kayla Blood, El Toro Loco driven by Jamey Garner, JCB Digatron driven by Tristan England, a TBA truck driven by Bryce Kenny, Lucas Stabilizer driven by Cynthia Gauthier, Megalodon driven by Dalton Widner, Earth Shaker driven by Gary Schott Jr., Wild Side driven by Zack Garner, Vendetta driven by Mike Christensen, and Shell Shock'ed driven by Tim Hall Jr. — though the outlet notes the truck and driver lineup is subject to change.
Power Rush Debuts After Setting a Speed Record
Making its Orlando competition debut is Power Rush, a truck built with race-inspired speed, handling, and aerodynamics and driven by Camden Murphy. Murphy set a Monster Truck World Speed Record of more than 103 mph, according to Monster Jam, driving the specially built 1,500-horsepower Power Rush with shaved tires at Indianapolis Motor Speedway during Indy 500 qualifying weekend, a run verified by radar, LiDAR, and GPS, as reported by Jalopnik.
