Showers and thunderstorms are expected during the morning and early afternoon.
Temperatures will fall to around 60 overnight as winds turn north at 5 to 10 mph.
Lake Michigan Conditions Remain Dangerous
A Beach Hazards Statement remains in effect through 7 a.m. Tuesday for Milwaukee County. The National Weather Service advises staying out of the water and away from piers and breakwalls while the hazardous conditions continue.
Cooler Midweek Before A Drier Weekend
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and cooler, with a high near 68 and only a small chance of rain during the day. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase Wednesday night and Thursday, when highs should return to the low 70s.
Dry conditions are expected Friday and mostly sunny skies Saturday; Hoodline previously reported that storms were expected to return after a brief warm spell.
Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 73, with precipitation chances increasing overnight. By Monday, precipitation is still in the forecast.
